From the union of the two second born of Stefano and Marco, Anna and Davide, comes the name of this exclusive wine, obtained from the best grapes of Nosiola grown in the vineyards on the San Siro hill, exposed to the sun and refreshed by the daily breezes that caress Valle dei LaghiAfter harvesting when fully ripe, the Nosiola grapes are squeezed and the must ferments directly in the Acacia tonneaux. After 12 months of barrel aging, a fresh, savory and mineral wine with a soft hint of vanilla is obtained.
