In Trentino Alto Adige there’s a long tradition of rose wine, that here takes the name of kretzer. The Pisoni Family has always produced a rose wine, before with the historical and popular Schiava, now with the only grapes of Merlot from th Cesure vineyard. After a 24 hour permanence on the peel, the must is separated and the natural fermentation proceeds: the result is a wine of a brilliant rose colour, fresh and light but not lacking structure.
