Whether or not its name comes from Tiroler Gold, what’s certain is that Teroldego is one of the few local vineyards that one can call autochtonous. This variety, very closely linked to Lagrein, can boast Pinot as a remote but illustrious ancestor. Succesfully cultivated in the whole Trentino, from its grapes it is produced a wine of a brilliant ruby colour, rich in polyphenols, fresh and of good body, with a fragrance that recalls wild berries.
