With their fruits we produce \u2013 in very small quantities \u2013 an extra virgin oil of great quality. It is an \u201cextreme\u201d oil, produced from trees cultivated in a territory that represents the North limit, worldwide, of the oil production. Arrigo Pisoni, the patriarch of our company and the father of Stefano, is the president of Associazione Amici dell\u2019Olivo Estremo, which reunites all the small producers of our valley.
