Figlio del genius loci di questa terra, il Rebo è un incrocio tra Merlot e Teroldego, selezionato agli inizi degli anni ‘50 da Rebo Rigotti, ricercatore dell’Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige, nato e cresciuto in Valle dei Laghi. Un vero e proprio “autoctono culturale”, che per un inevitabile destino ha trovato il suo habitat ideale nella terra che ha dato i natali al suo creatore, dal quale prende il nome. Il Rebo è un vino di grande struttura, ricco di colore e dai tannini dolci, che unisce la gentilezza del Teroldego alla robustezza del Merlot: per le sue caratteristiche, non teme anche lunghi affinamenti in bottiglia.
