This project stems from the friendship and collaboration of some winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi in southern Trentino that have decided to invest their expertise and experience in grape drying technique into the production of a red wine of great value and flavour.

The Reboro is made from Rebo varieties organic grapes, grown in our best vineyards and left to dry until late November on “arele”, the racks used for drying the grapes Nosiola for the production of Vino Santo Trentino DOC. After pressing and subsequent fermentation, the Reboro grapes are left to mature for three years in oak barrels, which gives the wine elegance and structure. The 2011 harvest has been bottled during spring 2015 and the wine will only be ready for consumption in November 2015 following six months aging in bottles.
